Estate Planning

Do you have your estate plan in place?

People of all ages and economic levels can benefit from having a solid, personal, and professional estate plan.  In addition to outlining your wishes for the distribution of your assets when you pass away, a good estate plan will ensure your lifetime needs are taken care of should you become incapacitated or unable to make your own financial or care decisions.  An estate plan gives you power during incapacity and after you pass away through a will or trust, advance directive, and power of attorney.

At NW Estate Law, we work with you to define your goals and make a plan for your future.  We offer flat rate packages for either a will package or a trust package.

Will packages include two meetings with an attorney plus the following documents: a will, power of attorney, advance directive, and a HIPAA release.

Trust packages include two to three meetings with an attorney, all the documents in the will package plus the trust and assistance with funding the trust.
