Meredith Williamson, AttorneyMeredith earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is accredited with Veterans Administration and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Meredith was the legal editor of the Oregon State Bar’s 2012 publication Legal Issues for Older Adults, guest editor on The Senior List and Oregon State Bar sites. Meredith enjoys time with her two children.
Cathy Behrendt, ParalegalCathy has over 24 years within the legal and court system. Cathy’s experience in areas of law include juvenile, family, criminal, probate and estate planning. Cathy treasures the professional opportunities that have come her way throughout the years and the positive relationships formed with colleagues and clients.
Cathy’s greatest attributes are organization and efficiency. Cathy enjoys assisting our clients with sorting out the tasks of their role as fiduciary.
Lorrie Bentley, Asssistant - EstateLorrie Bentley has been at NW Estate Law, LLC since 2017. She helps with our estate planning clients. Previously, she was a Legal Assistant at Scott-Hookland, LLP and also worked with Farmers Insurance Group of Companies and Pacific Office Automation.
She has volunteered at the Hospice House in Paradise, CA and for the Handi-Riders of Northern California, North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA).
Lorrie spends most of her time with her family and friends.
Diane Levinthal, Assistant - ElderDiane is the newest addition to the NW Estate Law team. She has extensive upper management experience working as Regional Operations Manager for Marriott, New West Eye Works, and Willoughby’s Beauty Supply. Diane has supervised between 20 and 50 locations at any given time and was responsible for the sales, budgets, and profitability for all locations under her direct supervision.
Diane has a taken a new direction in her career because of her passion for helping the elderly and those in need.
